Questions dealers ask

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime. Annual billing is optional: it gives you two months free and a custom dealer website at no cost. There’s no setup fee on any plan, every plan includes unlimited users, and all prices are plus GST.

What counts as an active car?

Any car in your stock, owned or consigned, until its sale settles. Starter covers up to 10, Yard up to 25, Pro up to 50 and Dealer Group is unlimited. Leads and appraisals that never became stock don’t count, and if you grow past your plan we simply move you up a plan.

Can I bring my existing leads?

Yes. We import them during setup, so your pipeline starts with the sellers you’re already talking to. After that, new enquiries from your website and your Meta and Google lead forms flow straight in, duplicates are merged, and follow-up tasks are created for you.

Is it QLD compliant?

It’s built by a licensed QLD dealer around Form 9 and the trust account rules. Consignment agreements are e-⁠signed with a full audit trail, trust money sits in a per-seller ledger with no deletes, deadline timers watch banking, the register and the seller’s account, and only the licensee can withdraw trust money.

Can you do the admin for us?

Yes, with Desk, an optional add-on: $1,500 a month plus GST shared, or $3,000 for a dedicated assistant. A trained assistant works inside your DMS every day: answering enquiries, booking inspections, working follow ups, updating sellers and preparing Form 9, PPSR and settlement paperwork for you to sign. Month to month, on any plan, and it also works with other DMSs.

Do you support other states?

The app works for dealers anywhere in Australia. State paperwork (register, contracts, warranty notices) is live for Queensland now, with NSW and VIC packs next. Note that Victorian traders can’t consign cars for private owners, so consignment there is trader to trader only. See the compliance page for what’s live in your state.
